Elizabeth Izard Apelles is the co-founder and CEO of Greater Than One. She ensures that the agency delivers to clients, anticipates opportunities, and capitalizes on white space. Under Elizabeth’s tenure, Greater Than One has won numerous awards including a Webby, two MAHF awards and a People’s Choice Award. Elizabeth was designated as an MM&M Woman of Distinction.
Elizabeth is also the co-founder and CEO of GTO’s foundation, GTO Greater Good (GG), a 501c3 dedicated to giving back which includes Honeycomb Health, a non-profit created to help support rare disease organizations raise awareness and funds for rare disease research. Honeycomb Health was a finalist for the ”8 that innovate” at the Diversity Alliance for Science.

Amanda Powers-Han is an established healthcare marketing and communications leader with 25 years of industry experience. As Chief Media and Marketing Officer of Greater Than One, Amanda is responsible for overseeing the media practice, leading agency marketing efforts, and collaborating across clients to help create customer experiences that power their brands and businesses. She has led countless brand launches in healthcare, many of which became billion-dollar blockbusters under her leadership. Her work has garnered multiple awards for Greater Than One, including nominations as Vendor of the Year and Digital Preferred Vendor for major pharmaceutical companies.

Bast

As Greater Than One’s Chief Strategy Officer, Andrew brings the art and science of strategy to life. His role is to create insight-rich living ideas that come to life in the hands and on the screens of our client’s customers—from early clinical development and commercialization through market development, launch, and life-cycle management. Andrew has launched, grown, and developed marketing efforts for several  major healthcare and non-healthcare brands—always with an eye on incorporating marketing best practices across verticals.

Brian has over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, data, and people to help global organizations leverage new business models that drive growth.

He has extensive experience revamping agency financial operations and commercializing new product offerings to deliver client value. He oversees the finance function at Greater Than One and partners with executive leadership to drive optimal financial performance and commercial excellence at the agency.

Jason has devoted over 20 years of his career to pharmaceutical marketing and advertising, demonstrating a track record of launching successful brands both in the US and globally. He envisions Project Management and Operations as strategic partners and has developed unique processes that optimize efficiency, ensure control, and enable seamless execution. Recognizing that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to process, Jason collaborates closely with his team and clients to identify the best practices that will ensure the tactical delivery of client strategies and aligned initiatives.
