We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to help us develop and grow our relationships with our clients and continue to deliver out-of-the-box thinking. The Account Supervisor must become an expert in our clients’ businesses and be the voice of the client within the agency. You will be primarily responsible for managing all client deliverables: on strategy, on quality, on time, and on budget. Through effectively leading the account team and collaborating with internal agency departments and external partners, the Account Supervisor oversees the effective use of resources to ensure his/her clients are profitable to the agency.  This role reports to a Group Account Director.

  • Effectively plan and organize your team’s and your own work—handling multiple projects efficiently, effectively, and productively
  • Establish clear objectives and priorities for client initiatives
  • Lead project documents for client and internal teams, including creative and project briefs and SOWs
  • Execute and supervise clients’ marketing and communication plans
  • Proactively collaborate in the creative process, ensuring that brand strategy is followed and all tactics adhere to strategy
  • Supervise junior account staff, providing leadership and ensuring staff development
  • Display marketing curiosity and a willingness to push your own thinking and the agency’s work in new directions
  • Develop and demonstrate a clear, comfortable, persuasive presentation style for both formal and informal settings
  • Participate in new business efforts as needed


  • 4+ years Account Management experience, digital preferred
  • Exceptional client relations and problem-solving skills
  • Pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
  • Proven track record in building relationships with clients
  • Ability to manage staff and motivate teams
  • Strong and applied experience in marketing and advertising, with expertise in digital strategy, paid media, technology, and analytics/reporting
  • Advocate and enthusiast for client brands
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful and collaborative completion, overseeing multiple brands/campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
