As a Senior Account Executive at Greater Than One, you are part of an interdisciplinary team. You like to work collaboratively with strategy, creative, media, and technology teams to develop multifaceted user experiences with the appropriate brand voice. In the role as Senior Account Executive, you will support the Account Director in managing the day-to-day activity of the account, including managing client deadlines, maintaining the integrity of the client’s budget and developing creative briefs. You must be a proactive person who can multitask, foster a positive team atmosphere, and be a leader. You are self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and are excited about what you do to assist in organically growing client accounts


  • Manage project documents for client and internal teams, including creative briefs, media briefs, relevant sections of SOWs, scope documents and change orders
  • Responsible for the “paper trail” – write detailed meeting notes and client call reports
  • Provide support in developing client presentations
  • Ensure client billing, extranet, and other administration duties run smoothly
  • Work closely with internal resources to understand the client’s business, brand, and marketing in order to contribute ideas
  • Proactively research and explore client brand and customer needs and attitudes
  • Provide input for strategy documents and creative, and assist teams in tactical direction
  • Help lead client meetings, contribute to the discussion
  • Provide input to the planning process
  • Analyze marketing results and assist in presenting them to the client
  • Monitor budgets and schedule (along with PM), and review with client on a regular basis
  • Manage more junior account management staff on the team; provide leadership and ensure staff development as needed


  • 2-4 years account management experience, interactive preferred
  • Significant online marketing and web development knowledge
  • Ability to manage staff and motivate the team
  • Proven track record in building relationships with clients and agency staff
  • A spirit of cooperation and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to build client and/or agency relationships
  • Superior organization and attention to detail
  • An “Everything is Possible” attitude
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and passionate
  • Healthcare marketing experience a plus
